Went to Sakura restaurant with my boyfriend for my birthday, it’s lovely place with super delicious food and very good selection of Japanese drinks. Everything was presented so nicely and it was heavenly delicious. The prices for what you get was good and the place looked stunning and we managed to get seat next to the window so we could enjoy the view. Service was really good, friendly staff and quick service.

We really enjoy it here and come often. Great selection and large menu. Also good for vegetarians. One thing I will mention is that we decided to get a take away tonight and it seems the portions are slightly different to eating in but for the same price. For example the veg salad was £4.50 for a few leafs and two cherry tomatoes. If you eat in you get a massive bowl with tofu etc included. This just felt like a rip-off considering we ordered 2 of these.

Food was excellent and service was good as well. It's a really nice sushi restaurant and value for money is good too. It would make a perfect that they gave some sample free giveaway to entace people to try something new. It's the small gesture make the experience perfect.

We visited for the first time today. My son's birthday and his choice having had Japanese in another place locally. Can't really fault anything. The food was fresh and quick to arrive. The bell for attention was new and the staff responded very swiftly. Really helpful waiter helped confirm our menu choices and made pudding special with a candle. Which was a lovely touch. Definitely recommend. Lovely restaurant and reasonably priced for Japanese.

I went there yesterday and added some sriracha sauce to the rolls, but then I realized there wasn’t any. I just let it go and ate the rolls without it. After paying, I noticed they charged us for the sriracha sauce, which is just £1. I just wanted to let the server know, 'I'm just letting you know that we didn’t actually get the sauce but still paid the fee.' She said, 'Oh, okay, let me check,' and when she came back, she said, 'Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do.' I wasn’t asking for anything, but her response seemed a bit off.
